GINGU’s “Road Song” feels like I entered a time machine and woke up when The Red-Hot Chili Peppers and Stone Temple Pilots dominated radio waves. Everything from the intro, the verses, the choruses all have a very of-that-time-feel and struck me with nostalgia. It’s truly amazing when a band can capture that feeling so perfectly. The vocals soar with power during the choruses and are sweet and harmonious when they need to be. The vocalist’s performance sold the 90s feel that only a master like Scott Weiland, Eddie Vedder, Anthony Kiedis, and Chris Cornell could do. The guitarist uses the perfect chords, strum pattern, and riffs to set the feel for the song like the greats of the era. The drums were perfect and sounded like a drummer from the 90s came through the time machine to play in GINGSU. If you love 90s rock, if you love The Red-Hot Chili Peppers or The Stone Temple Pilots, then you definitely need “Road Song” on your playlist now!

This song also has the professional quality and polish of a professional studio. It doesn’t surprise me because it was produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by Bryan at Tonality.Studio.
