Black It Out released “There’s Not Enough Penicillin in the World to Save You” with CTRL+Space’s Best Pop-Punk/Rock of the year for 2021 recipient and opener for New Found Glory + Four Year Strong, All Systems Go. “There’s Not Enough Penicillin in the World to Save You” is a reimagining of a song of the same name from their 2009 Trapped in a Sea of Emotion EP. The song is about a person whose family was so dogmatic with their religion, that it caused the person to go down a dark path. This song is special because Bryan returns to the role of singing the verses after several years.
We knew we needed the feature to be remarkable. We heard All Systems Go’s latest tracks and “TJ Eckleburg Isn’t Even a Doctor” and knew we needed to have them featured on the track. All Systems Go understands the subject matter, and their vocal performances are top-notch. You could hear how it turned out!
