Purveyors of primal deathcore, Vile Decree surprise-dropped a new single and it might be the heaviest and fullest sounding to date. Released suddenly on October 17, ‘…Your Turn To Suffer’ continues the band’s expansion and development into darker, heavier, and unrepressed territory.
Claiming the title of “Most Brutal Sound from Barrie”, Vile Decree lives up to the hype with every release. Fusing elements of death metal, hardcore, and punk, this 4-piece are an immutable force of punishing sonics, but still brings the grooves to keep the audience moving.
Recently expanding their line up from a trio to a quartet, Vile Decree now bring an even wider-range of tones and weight as is evident on ‘…Your Turn to Suffer’. Demonstrating the band’s brand of guttural vocals, crushing drums, and guitars tuned so low the strings might fall off, the latest single also features crew vocals and features additional guitar from Al of Abraxas Reflux.
The band elaborated on what the new single represents: “Your Turn to Suffer is us being as direct as possible with our music and messaging. Cut the fat. F**k the ops, f**k the people who’ve wronged you. We are all genuinely caring people. But at a certain point you need to call out the bulls**t.”
