Utilizing doom and sludge as the vessel for their unique and pointed lyricism, Ethereal Tomb know how to create a wall of sound-esque atmosphere while deftly showcasing their use of faster tempos that set them apart from many of their doom contemporaries. The drums and guitar hit hard and fast to open “Destroyed With Regret”, carving out space for the guttural and raw vocal delivery.
“Musically, it’s caught in the crossfire between Have Heart, One Second Thought and early Hatebreed. Which is most of what I was listening to at that time now that I think about it haha. It went through so many different versions over two months of writing the track, at times it felt like a dead end. It was the first track finished for the album and we’re super happy with it and the response has been great.”

There are too many stories to share and keep alive for Ethereal Tomb to let themselves burn out on rage alone. Ethereal Tomb wields history as a weapon for reclamation, and they know how to use it.
