“Sorrow” begins like a pop song but changes into something so much more. They take you back in time with a harpsichord and then forward in time with a wicked guitar solo. That’s not to mention the interesting harmonies and Bobby’s phenomenal vocals. The ‘Ahs’ are particularly soothing with the harmonies being at their sweetest.
“No Other,” like “Sorrow,” starts like a pop song, but quickly takes you away from the realm of the mundane and into something much more complex. For a moment, it feels like chaos, like two songs, two forces fighting for supremacy, but it all works together. Then it comes into something more soothing, only to find chaos again, and then to fade to out.
