“Taking Time” is a song that explores the concept of reaching a turning point in life. It reflects on how we often delay making decisions until we face a painful situation that forces us to grow. This theme became significant in my younger years, leading me to realize that avoiding life’s challenges only creates more problems. Overcoming each new obstacle brings temporary satisfaction and fulfillment. The debut track of “Free Friends,” makes a strong impact. It features vocals from Nick of Hit The Lights, blending elements of Blink 182, Yellowcard, and Taking Back Sunday. Additionally, the upcoming song/EP was produced by Matt Malpass, known for his recent work with Blink 182 and Magnolia Park.
